My name is Roman Mohseni managing director of the newly established registered NDIS provider Active Healthcare Group PTY LTD. I have been a Registered Nurse with Masters of Advance Nurse Practice for more than a decade. The exposure, and experiences in all areas of nursing including critical care, mental health and brain injury rehabilitation have fostered my eagerness to establish Active Healthcare Group. In this way, I can continue in my profession as well as assisting those in need, in particular our NDIS participants and their families. My team and I are committed to delivering the best holistic care to NDIS participants and their families in Southeast Queensland. Active Healthcare Group will continue to evolve our services in consultation with our NDIS participants and their families and in partnership with other community organisations, to ensure, that we provide the support that our participants and families need.
